- Blackmoor - Murrells Inlet, SC -18 hole Gary Player designed daily fee golf course surrounded by a 500 acre rice plantation on the banks of the Waccamaw River. (1990)
- Raspberry Falls Golf & Hunt Club - Leesburg, VA - The only Gary Player Signature course located in the State of Virginia. Raspberry Falls has received national recognition for service and excellence. Four Stars Golf Digest, Top Ten State of Virginia Golf Digest, Top 50 Service in United States, Golf Course Operations, Top 100 Public Courses, Golf World. (1996)
- Old Hickory Golf Club - Occoquan, VA -This Tim Freeland signature course features bent grass tee to green with a turn of the century style clubhouse that has quickly become a popular wedding and corporate meeting venue. (2003)
- Royal Manchester Golf Links - Mt. Wolf, PA - 18 hole golf course management agreement with Pennsylvania Power & Light. (2008)
- Bull Run Golf Course - Haymarket, VA - 18 hole Rick Jacobson designed golf course carved into over 450 acres of scenic meadowland. (2010)
- Legacy Golf Course - Phoenix, AZ - 18 hole Gary Panks Resort Championship course. (2011)
- Augustine Golf Course - Stafford, VA - 18 hole Rick Jacobson golf course that is at the top for semi-private facilities in state of Virginia. (2011)
- Chesapeake Golf Club - Chesapeake, VA - 18 hole, semi-private golf club operated by American Golf Corporation with upscale banquet facilities, full-service restaurant and pool. (1999)
- Reston National - Fairfax, VA - 18 hole, upscale public golf facility operated by American Golf Corporation. Rated by Washington Post as the number one public golf course in the D.C. metropolitan area
- Ridgeview Golf & Country Club - Centreville, VA - Exclusive private club located in the historic Northern Virginia area, well known for its beautiful rural setting and extremely challenging 27 hole layout. The club played host to some of the area's largest golf outings, as well as top amateur events.
